The Forklift Operator/Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that products are moved within our fulfillment center in a safe and efficient manner and that proper inventory is maintained and good housekeeping and warehouse standards upheld.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operate warehouse equipment -Order Pickers & Reach Truck.  Order Picker or Cherry Picker is used primarily at this operation.    
• Move palletized products from the dock to reserve storage locations
• Perform the necessary system move functions using RF scanners
• Pull products from reserve storage to drop zones for stocking
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure products are stored in a safe, clean and organized manner
• Meet quality and quantity standards
• Inform maintenance personnel of any equipment problems

Qualifications and Standards:

• 1 – 3 years warehouse experience (preferred in an e-commerce facility)
• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of operating an Order Picker and Material Handling experience
• Ability to follow safety practices to ensure your safety and the safety of others around you
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for most of the day
